    This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a welcoming 24-hour reception, and a relaxing indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay, which I still remember. I highly recommend it!

    The staff at reception were polite and tried to accommodate my needs. The bed in my second room was comfortable, providing a decent night’s sleep. The location offered nice city views that were visually appealing.

    the falls hotel & inn has a fantastic location. it’s only one block from all the main attractions, like clifton hill and casino niagara. Several dining options nearby. We had a great time in the pool. the kids loved getting wet and having fun! overall, the amenities were good, and the service was friendly.

    Location is excellent, just steps from various attractions, and parking is convenient. However, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained towels and an odd smell. Additionally, internet connectivity was poor, and staff responses were scripted and unhelpful when issues were raised. The overall experience was disappointing and felt unsafe due to security concerns regarding suspicious activity outside.
